Venue requirements

Please arrange the following for every session:

3 Wi-Fi logins for the trainer team
Power bar / extension sockets at the trainer desk
YouTube and Facebook stream keys (issued before the session)
10 computers with flight simulator installed

Dates are listed as issued (day/month). If a date falls on a school holiday or an examination period, the session is rescheduled with the project coordinator.
